ser\u00e1 la reducci\u00f3n de \u00c8TIM Tardana Negra. Para hacer esto pondremos media botella en una cazuela y lo dejaremos cocer a fuego medio. Lo iremos vigilando y cuando quede una tercera parte del que hemos puesto apagaremos el fuego y ya tendremos la reducci\u00f3n hecha. Es importante ir vigilandolo para evitar que se caramelice.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n haremos el magret de pato. Cortamos un poco la piel y lo ponemos a la paella a fuego medio-alto. No hace falta poner aceite, ya que la misma grasa de la carne ya hace la funci\u00f3n. Haremos primero el lado de la piel y lo giraremos al gusto de cada uno.<\/li>\n<li>Finalmente, trituraremos el ma\u00edz tostado.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos el magret de pato, le echamos la reducci\u00f3n de \u00c8TIM Tardana Negra por encima y le damos el toque final con un poco de ma\u00edz tostado.
