Floral, fruity and mineral elegance in a very special monovarietal
100% White Grenache
Coming from the best old vines planted in different types of soil, the selection of grapes is made in the cellar.
Cold maceration with the skins for 12 hours in an inert atmosphere. Fermentation in new French oak barrels at a temperature of 15 ºC for 40 days. Ageing is done in the same barrels for 14 months. Weekly battonages. Bottled without any clarification, stabilization or filtration to safeguard the characteristics of White Grenache.
Limited production of 2.100 bottles.
Pale yellow with golden flecks, clean and bright.
In the nose it expands to offer up a wide range of fruit aromas which are characteristic of White Grenache - grapefruit, apple, pear and peach. The lightly toasted oak of the barrels used give it hints of vanilla and cinnamon, without covering up the fruit aromas. It finishes on a mineral note and elegant memories of white flowers such as acacia.
On the palate is powerful, silky, with a lot of volume, well balanced with a good level of acidity, which adds freshness. La Dama de Blanc is very long in the mouth, with lingering aromas of grapefruit, mango, vanilla and toasty notes.
Fish stews and all kinds of seafood. Do not dismiss to have it with poultry meat dishes. Serving temperature 14-16ºC.
