Colour: Yellow pale with golden lightning. Very clear and crystalline.
Nose: Extraordinarily floral and fruity aromas, highlighting the rose, acacia flower, citrus fruits such as grapefruit and orange peel. Also tropical like pineapple and leeches, and hints of peach. All on a background of honey and subtle notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
Mouth: Unctuous, silky, high in volume and very glyceric. Live, refreshing acidity. Long and pleasant finish, the aromas of rose and grapefruit appear again.
An ideal wine for white chocolate desserts, mousse and tiramisu. As a starter, is the perfect wine to have with foie gras, pâtés or a wide range of different cheese.
We recommend to serve Etim Tardana White cold, at a temperature of 6-8 ºC.
100% White Grenache
Vineyards: selection of White Grenache vineyards over 60 years old, planted at 350-450 meters on very poor, rocky, calcareous and clay soils, from which very small but very concentrated productions of great quality are obtained.
Harvest: late, the second fortnight of October, between 20 and 30 days after the optimum point of maturity for a normal dry wine. A delicate variety that requires an exhaustive follow-up of the health status.
The grapes are gently squeezed and crushed.
Fermentation at 15 ºC until reaching the optimum sweetness point, which allows you to discover aromas of sweet fruit with memories of rosemary honey.
After finishing the process, it rests in French oak barrels for 4 months to bring complexity to the wine.
Clarification with bentonite.
Stabilization and bottling after sterile filtration.
Alcohol content: 15,5%
