The scarcity of white grapes in our vineyards compels us to treat them very caefully. Only the close work together between farmers and winemaker can bring to you what has been defined as “just grapes put into a bottle”.
65% White Grenache, 30% Macabeu and a touch (5%) of Chardonnay.
Pale yellow with green tinges. Clear and bright. Pleasant intensity. Very fresh aroma of citrus, lemon peel, and exotic fruits like pineapple. Floral aromas (almond tree) appear and mineral notes from the characteristic terroir of D.O. Montsant. Wide and with volume, unctuos, intense, with a very balanced acidity, which provides a pleasant freshness. The aging on the lees and the French oak bring the unctuosity that reminds us of pastry butter. Bodied and persistent finish.
An ideal wine to have with oysters, sushi and smoked fish. Try it also with goat cheese. Take it to a picnic with a good cooler.
Best serving temperature between 10° and 12°C.
